Antoine Casanova is a partner in the IT department of Carler, where he has worked since 2015 after being admitted to the Paris Bar in 2011. A graduate of Paris II with a Master’s degree in IT law, he specialises in negotiating IT service contracts (integration, outsourcing, licensing, maintenance) and advises clients on data protection. His expertise, gained through large-scale IT projects, also extends to managing complex IT litigation. Antoine regularly publishes in leading legal journals and teaches IT law at several higher education institutions, including Paris Dauphine, Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin, Université Toulouse Capitole, and Les Gobelins.
